Autumn is by far one of the most beautiful times of year to take photos. Selena is a sophomore in high school and asked if we could do a fun fall portrait session, including her in her volleyball uniform. Selena was awesome in front of the camera. She knows exactly how to work it!

We had a lot of fun during this session. We took these later in the fall and were concerned that the colors would be mainly gone by then, but we found an awesome location with tons of yellow and orange left. Doing a variety of portraits gave her a really nice diverse gallery. We had some outfit changes, location changes, and some really fun backdrops.

It’s really hard to choose favorites out of these photos, because I love them all. But, the ones at the end- of Selena on the road in her volleyball uniform were stunning. The light was so glowy, the trees and leaves in the background were so vibrant, i’m a sucker for lead lines so that fence made me geek out, and she of course is a total queen in front of the camera.
