Mason’s Montrose Senior Session – Casual, Fun, and Full of Personality
Mason’s Montrose senior session was one of those easy-going, laid-back shoots that was an absolute blast. We did the session right on his family’s property, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Mason’s dog, who is incredibly well-trained, even jumped into a few photos. Also, its so fun when pets get to be part of senior sessions—it makes everything feel even more special. We made sure to capture plenty of shots with his dog, and it was obvious how much they meant to each other.
One of the coolest parts of Mason’s session was when he brought out his buggy. Seriously, this thing was massive, but it made for some seriously fun photos. We drove it up and down the road, grabbing shots of Mason behind the wheel, having a blast. Obviously, the buggy definitely added a unique touch to his Montrose senior session, and it was awesome to see how much joy it brought him. Plus, it gave us a chance to get creative with angles and action shots that really showcased his personality.
Mason was polite and sweet throughout the entire session, and you can tell he’s got a solid head on his shoulders. He’s hoping to follow in his father’s footsteps by getting into the fabrication business after graduation. It’s always inspiring to see someone with such clear goals. Fun fact: Mason’s older brother, Jayden, was actually one of the first paid sessions I ever did over seven years ago. It felt like things had come full circle by photographing Mason for his senior year.
Overall, it was a relaxed, fun day filled with laughs, great moments, and tons of awesome shots. I’m really excited to see where Mason’s future takes him.
