This Fall Senior Session was incredible! Dana was so much fun to work with!
I had to the pleasure of taking her brother’s senior photos a couple years back! It’s always fun to meet siblings. I love photographing seniors and hearing about what their future plans are.
We drove up Davewood Rd for this session and chased the light the whole time. We had gorgeous sun shining through the Aspens. These were taken late October so the colors were blown off the trees since I had been up here last, but we found an amazing little Aspen grove on the other side of the road that had golden color still on the trees and all over the ground. Absolutely beautiful!
So funny story, we were in this Aspen grove, and got photo bombed! Not by a person. By a cow! We kept hearing this muddled ‘moo’ sound and it kept getting closer. We both looked at each other and turned around to find a cow not more than 30 feet from us. I don’t think he was a fan of us on his grounds! We snapped a few for the moment and headed over to the fence line! We both had a good laugh about it though.
Dana was fantastic in front of my camera. I kept telling her that she was a total natural. Seriously, take a look at these photos and tell me this girl didn’t rock it!
I loved all her outfits. But, the last one is my favorite! The color really popped and it looked amazing on her. Plus, the cowgirl boots and hat tied it all together. Give me all the hats and dresses for photo sessions! The road shots with the sunset are some of my favorite images from this Fall Senior session. The road and the fence line gave us awesome lead lines!
