A beautiful and unexpected Mountain View Engagement. Krys contacted me a few months prior to her March photo session. Her fiancé (Ashton) and herself were coming up to Colorado to visit Ashton’s grandmother who was not going to be able to travel down to their upcoming wedding in New Mexico in the fall. They wanted to get some photos with her now, and I thought that was the sweetest idea.
Unfortunately, grandma was just not feeling well and didn’t make it out for photos. So, taking advantage of the time we turned it into an impromptu Mountain View Engagement session for Krys & Ashton! We took the photos on his grandmother’s property. The home and land has been in his family for sometime and Ashton has been visiting since he was a kid! We had crazy cold weather, high winds, and overcast skies, but that didn’t stop of from taking some gorgeous images for their engagement! March is an incredible unpredictable month here in Western Colorado and you never really know what you are giong to get. Honestly, you can get all four seasons in one day, I’ve seen it. Spring is moody here.
Krys was such a natural in front of my camera, and they were so incredible sweet together. You can just tell they have such a deep love for one another and could see how much Ashton adores her. It was beautiful!
I always recommend printing your photos shortly after you receive your gallery! There is so much going on in life, that it’s easy for it to slip your mind. So, print them while the idea is fresh. Also, don’t stress about where to print your photos. I got you covered.
Check out some of my favorites from their session.
