I loved this Summer Family Mini Session. I’ve had the pleasure to take this family’s photos previously and they always show up with the best coordinated outfits! Their kids are super sweet, they are easy going, and so photogenic aka a photographers dream. Audra was the winner of my Christmas giveaway in 2022 so in 2023 we set up a session for her!

Audra and her family are from Florida, and I love taking their photos when they come out to Colorado. This time we went to a local park and did a quick 20 minute mini-session. I don’t offer these sessions often, but usually do them once in the fall, and then for giveaways.

The boys were so sweet with their little sister. You can tell they are proud big brothers and love to take care of their baby sis! This session timed perfectly. My son had a baseball game at the field next to this park, so I was able to shoot over and do their session, and make it back in time before he was up to bat.

I’m a huge advocate for annual family photos. I know it’s so easy to put off these every year and wait until you loose that extra 15 lbs, or until your toddler is out of his goofy smile phase, or until your husband is excited about them (keep waiting) or until . . . whatever. But, trust me, these are the moments you want documented. Time is a thief and waits for no one. And even though your toddler may be in a ‘run away’ from the camera phase, I promise we will create magic regardless. Capture your loved ones, capture you with them. Here’s a few reasons why I always encourage for annual family photos.
