This was really fun to shoot! I got to meet a new family, take part in a gender reveal, and capture all the joy! (have I mentioned how cool my ‘job’ is?)

I have to say, I love that this is a ‘thing’ now, For my first two babies, gender revels weren’t quite trending just yet. But, I love any reason to get together with friends and family and celebrate together!

This was shot at the Mom-to-be (3rd time) mom’s house, she put on the sweetest party! They have two little boys who were so excited to be welcoming a baby sister! There were some joyful tears at as soon as the parents saw all the pink confetti flying. It was beautiful!

We were so glad we had beautiful sunny weather for this. After all the excitement we ran out into the street (safely, of course) and grabbed some sweet shots of the whole family celebrating!

This was my first of 3 sessions for this family last year. Being able to be a part of my client’s journeys is one of the most rewarding and humbling aspects of being a photographer, for me.
