3 kids, Mom & Dad, a dog, some chickens, a couple of horses, a tractor, and a field of sunshine make for some fun and awesome family photos. These kids LOVE their animals, and I’m here for it. They raise them, care for them, and show some of them for their 4H work, it is such a big part of their lives. How could we not capture it?!?

If you’ve been following my work for any amount of time it won’t take you long to notice that I’m not exactly the same as all the other ‘Colorado Girls’ out there. I’m a plant. I was born and raised in North Jersey and my roots run deep. I moved here my senior year of high school ( . . . mhmm . . .) and I may never fully adjust to country life, but boy does it hold a beauty all if its own. I’m lucky enough to live in one of the most beautiful states in the country, but sometimes I have a moment of ‘What’s happening here’ when I am photographing people with their goats and chickens. Honestly, it’s perfect and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
